YouWeCan Foundation Inaugural Ball
The brief
To create the inaugural YouWeCan Foundation Ball, bringing together cricketing legends, celebrities, philanthropists, business leaders and entrepreneurs for an inspiring evening while maximising fundraising opportunities for the charity.
Hosted by cricket legend Yuvraj Singh, the event needed to reflect both the foundation’s mission and Yuvraj’s personal journey, while delivering a seamless guest experience.

The result
Hosted in The Great Room at JW Marriott Grosvenor House London, the gala welcomed guests for an evening of fundraising, entertainment and celebration.
The guest list included cricketing royalty such as Virat Kohli, Sachin Tendulkar and Kevin Pietersen, alongside the entire Indian Cricket Team, celebrities, philanthropists, business leaders and entrepreneurs from the worlds of property, hospitality, finance and law.
The ballroom was transformed into a striking blue-and-white landscape featuring bespoke tablescapes, floral installations and immersive styling, including a cricket pitch-inspired Foundation Discovery Area showcasing the charity’s work and achievements.
From arrivals and entertainment to speeches, awards and fundraising moments, every element was carefully coordinated to deliver a seamless guest experience.
The event raised more than £750,000 in support of the YouWeCan Foundation.
The impact of the evening extended far beyond the ballroom, generating significant media coverage and social engagement. Content shared from the gala reached millions of people, with one post surpassing 2.3 million views.
